MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our new Magherafelt client who are an award winning local company with over 30 years experience in their industry.
Due to demand, they are seeking to recruit a highly drivenHealth & Safety Administrator for an immediate start.
Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Support site teams with the preparation of paperwork.
- Prepare prestart SHEQ plans and site files.
- Assist with Incident reporting.
- Assist with upkeep of various Health & Safety Accreditations.
- Organise, prepare for, attend and minute SHEQ Meetings.
- Support with the preparation of audits.
- Assist with the administration of the company's IMS.
- Other adhoc duties.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a construction related environment.
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C and above.
- Proactive and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise workload & work on own initiative.
- A positive, proactive approach to working in a team environment along with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
