Concept Resourcing are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join a successful technology MSP. This is a Hybrid role based in London. You will be responsible for the effective delivery of services within MTI's customer base. This is a customer-facingrole. You will also be dealing with internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities:


  • Measuring the performance of services against agreed customer SLA's
  • Building and maintaining working relationships with customers
  • Creating reports regarding performance
  • Holding monthly/ weekly reviews
  • Being a point of escalation
  • Incident management
  • Working with the sales team to draw up proposals for new customers

Requirements:


  • Experience within a similar role
  • Experience working within tech MSP/ multicustomer environment
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • A passion for delivering the very highest standards of service to our clients
  • Excellent customer facing communication skills both written and spoken
  • Ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally especially
- with all key stakeholders
