Our client, a leading car motor group are currently looking for a
Accounts Assistant -
Treasury to join our Accounts Team at our Head Office in
Crewe.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play an important part in supporting the department with day-to-day administration such as; production of invoices, paying of invoices, purchase ledger, daily banking, daily reporting and payment.
More about the role:
- Daily bank balances
- Produce cashflows
- Manage incoming payments
- Criminal Finance act Compliance work
- Assist in the monthly production of accounts
- Monthly ledgers
- Paying and production of invoices
- Assist in month and year end
- General office duties
More about you:
- Minimum of two years' experience within an accounts environment
- Previous experience in the Motor Trade industry (desirable)
- AAT qualified or working towards
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Sage 200 experience (desirable)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
