Our client in Hove advise people on career pathways, they sell industry ready courses and support learners to get into their chosen field of work.- £28,000 to £32,000 Hours of Work: 37.

5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday- Role Overview:

This position calls for an Ex Recruiter/Government Funding Recruiter who has supported people into work.
You will provide information, guidance, and advice to adult learners, helping them make ambitious, informed career decisions. You will play a pivotal role in enabling students to reach their goals and launch exciting new careers.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive outbound communication with students.-
Support planning and delivery of monthly interactive workshops.-
Handle administrative duties for the Student & Alumni LinkedIn group.-
Guide students through the phased career services process.-
Source guest speakers for monthly webinars.-
Liaise with employers, recruitment agencies, and students.-
Respond to online reviews mentioning Career Services Support
Continuous Improvement:
Grow student engagement.

Participate in the effective roll-out and delivery of new processes and projects.- Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in a recruitment or careers
based role.
Familiarity with social media for networking and personal branding, especially LinkedIn.
