Lobster Recruitment are now looking for Pickers and Packers to work for various clients in and around the Crawley area.

Some of the rota patterns may be 4 on 2 off, rolling on a weekly basis. With early and late shifts available.


Requirements:


  • Available Immediately.
  • Hard working and selfmotivated
  • Good communication, both written and spoken
  • To check all products prior to packing.
  • Ensuring stock levels are maintained to the required levels.
  • Ensuring stock is rotated to get maximum shelf life.
  • Regularly lifting weights between 1215kg.
  • Adhere to unit safety measures in place.
  • Interact with colleagues, customers and clients in a professional manner at all times.
  • Adhere to security protocols.
  • Any other duties as requested by your manager.
  • Must be able to provide 5 year reference history.


With these positions on-going opportunities will be available and dependant upon performance, permanent roles within our clients can also present themselves.


Salary:
£11.17-£11.18 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Crawley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
