Description
Responsibilities for the Property Manager will include:
- Overseeing all property maintenance issues raised.
- Processing contractor invoices.
- Keeping the property database up to date.
- Dedicated to building ongoing relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors.
- Compiling Inventories/Checkout Reports and Property inspections
- Checkin Tenants.
- Check out, tenants.
- Handling any deposit dilapidation and deposit returns.
- Handling disputes through arbitration.
- Booking in and undertaking property inspections.
To be considered for the role of Property Manager, you must have the following attributes:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Estate/Letting Agent experience
- Superb customer service levels and excellent telephone manner
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- A passion for property and people
- The ability to use your own initiative and be proactive
- Great communication and people skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Full UK driver's license
Working Days:
As a Property Manager, you will be required to work Monday-Friday
