Are you great with people, very organised, and passionate about patient care? Our Fertility IVF service is seeking a dynamic, proactive and highly motivated individual to join the administrative team as an IVF administrator.

You will be an integral member of the team providing effective day-to-day clerical support to facilitate the smooth running of our service, with scope to develop your career.

Gynaecology provides a wider range of general and specialist care; Fertility is one of them and based at Hammersmith Hospital


Duties include but are not limited to admitting patients, meeting and greeting patients and visitors, filing, arranging interpreters and patient transport, and general clerical duties such as booking of appointments and answering telephone calls.

The post holder is also expected to work in conjunction with medical records guidelines, Trust policies and HFEA regulatory; with the movement of case-notes around the Trust, the provision of, preparation maintaining up to date electronic records.

This post is a full time basis of 37.5 hours per week. Please note this post will also require to work weekends, bank holidays (exclude Christmas') and early shifts.

Interviews will take place on Wednesday 12thApril 2023 on MS Teams.

  • To provide a warm welcome to patients and visitors to the department work beside a busy MDT team, ensuring that administration processes meet the needs of all service users, prioritised their workload.
  • To assist in providing medical staff with an excellent outpatient service in order to maintain and increase existing business and encourage new business within the NHS and Private sector.
