The Company
Our client is an established Investment Management firm.


The Role
The Transaction Reporting Analyst will work closely with the Investment Management Front Office and Middle Office.


The Transaction Reporting Analyst be an analytical individual, interacting with professional advisers and systems specialists to review Operational Controls - managing and monitoring transactions within the Investment Management firm.


The Transaction Reporting Analyst will carry out and develop further knowledge on regulatory reporting responsibilities of the Operational Controls team such as MiFIR / Mifid Transaction Reporting, Best Execution, US SEC 13F/G/H Reporting and ShareholderDisclosures.

The Transaction Reporting Analyst will carry out rule coding to deliver restrictions control environment within Advent Rules Manager.


The Transaction Reporting Analyst will promote robust Operating Procedures & MI across the business and assist the Operational Control Manager where required.


The Transaction Reporting Analyst will develop an understanding of current mandate restriction rules across private client portfolios and in-house funds and rationalise environment where applicable.


The Transaction Reporting Analyst will manage and monitor transactions on a pre and post trade basis - providing accuracy of the coding restrictions.


The Transaction Reporting Analyst will develop technical knowledge of regulatory, mandate and house restrictions, and present MI on pre and post trade monitoring data.

The Transaction Reporting Analyst will produce ad-hoc checks on trades to monitor process completed effectively.


  • 2 years' experience working in relevant industry operational roles - ideally within transactions reporting / regulatory reporting.
Knowledge of investment products and trade lifecycle.

Strong understanding of compliance monitoring processes including interpretation of discretionary client investment management agreements and COLL rules an advantage.

Experience of rule coding and exception monitoring required but not essential.

Advent Rules Manager experience beneficial.

UCITS rules experience helpful.
