Why is this role important and how does it fit into the team, department and wider firm?


The Data Coordinator role is important to our working closely with team members to identify data needs and requirements, and will develop and implement processes to improve data quality and efficiency.

They will also provide the team with organisational and administrative support.


What does the role actually involve?

  • Ensure that all data is accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify data needs and requirements
  • Develop and implement processes to improve data quality and efficiency
  • Provide support to legal team members as needed
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports as required
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to data management
  • Coordinate meetings and supporting documentation
  • Assist the Data Leads in the coordination of Data team's workload

What technical skills are required for someone to be successful and enjoy the role?

  • Experience of working with data
  • A sound analytical mind
  • Organisational and time management skills, able to perform under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and manage individual workload to ensure delivery of projects within defined timescales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with agile / scrum methodology would be beneficial
