We are looking for an accomplished individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with data

This role is Hybrid role and you will be expected to travel occasionally to our head office in Bournemouth.

You will have:

  • Experience of working in a similar data analytical role for 5 years+
  • Experience of working within a similar industry (desirable)

You will bring:

  • Strong analytical and excel modelling skills.
  • Strong data visualisation skills using Excel, Power BI or similar.
  • Ability to translate outputs to both a financial and nonfinancial audience.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship skills with people at all levels of the business
  • Able to work productively as part of a highly successful and driven team.
  • Able to think "out of the box" and deal with imperfect data and uncertainties whilst driving useful information.
  • Must be computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work alongside Project and BAU teams to setup and run reporting to demonstrate the performance of initiatives to assist in driving business performance.
  • Use analytical skillset to translate complex data sets into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Able to pull together data from different sources to provide clear insight and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Create reports and dashboards to visually represent data insights.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, to support datadriven decision making.
  • To produce monthly reporting packs for Project reviews and senior stakeholder meetings.
  • To work with the Services senior management team to deliver ad hoc analysis and presentations, targeted at senior stakeholders.
  • To provide ad hoc financial analysis relating to project budgets or forecasts as required by project managers.
  • These are in addition to the core responsibilities of the role._
