At Saint Gobain Glass we are looking for a customer focused individual to join us as a Sales Administrator, helping to deliver Administration support at our Cardiff branch


Saint Gobain Glass is one of 30 Saint-Gobain brands. Saint-Gobain Glass manufactures and distributes environmentally friendly flat glass for the commercial and residential markets in the UK & Ireland.


What you will be doing:


Our sites are busy places, with lots going on inside and out, and whilst the exact duties may vary here is a taster of the role.


  • Processing orders accurately and according to timescales
  • Admin support to the wider team
  • Providing Quotations
  • Purchase Ledger, dealing with suppliers
  • Stock Controls
  • Invoicing
  • Creating delivery schedules
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Sales Administrator - you can have experience in any industry. Microsoft Excel and SAP experience are highly advantageous. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is very keen to learn our industry.
