Client Operations, Associate Consultant

Aon's Human Capital Solutions practice are currently recruiting an Associate Consultant or Senior Associate Consultant to join our Client Operations team in London.

The position holder will help produce our annual compensation surveys and provide account managementsupport to our clients in the Asset Management sector.

The Client Operations team is part of the wider Rewards Solutions practice, which provides industry-focused compensation insights to help our clients build thriving and resilient workforces.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work virtually a few days per week.

What the day will look like:

  • Support Asset Management clients as they participate in our compensation surveys, including data submission training, advice on job matching, training in survey platforms and interpretation of compensation surveys.
  • Review client data submissions to ensure quality data.
  • Analyse compensation data to produce our annual compensation surveys.
  • Participate in adhoc projects involving rewards data including bespoke benchmarking, pay mix analysis and advisory work.
  • Prepare and review materials for client meetings and conferences.
  • Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adverselyaffect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Proficient MS Excel skills.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Understand complexities of data gathering and handling, data nuances and caveats.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical thinker.
  • Experience of presenting information, in a clear and concise manor.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually.
  • Initiative and problemsolving skills.
  • Desired: Stakeholder / account management experience.
  • Desired: Experience in using compensation or benefits surveys.
