Description
Due to further successful growth within CES, we have another fantastic opportunity in our Technical and Compliance Department.

Full training will be provided (office and on-site based) to ensure the correct skill-set is developed for this role.


Job role:


  • Undertake onsite airtightness test as required, to produce airtightness reports meeting
Part F, building regulations.

  • To create and maintain accurate computer and manual records, providing information
when required.

  • Effectively prioritise and ensure that daily targets in terms of survey numbers and quality
of work are met.

  • Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are practised when liaising with
customers, remaining polite and courteous at all times, complying with customer care

requirements.

  • To comply fully with CES policies, including Health & Safety.

Skill set:


  • Full Driving License (mandatory).
  • Must be willing to travel and stay overnight if required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent punctuality.
  • Customer focussed as you will be working in people's homes.
  • Has a proactive and enthusiastic nature, with a high desire to succeed.
  • Able to work well under pressure.

Desired skills:


  • Knowledge on Part F of building regulations and ventilation requirements.
  • Good understanding about PAS2035 guidelines.
  • Experience with Pulse Test Kit.

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
,
PLUS bonus up to £10k per year.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Company car and fuel card will be provided.
