You will be responsible for the preventative maintenance and cleaning of the catering equipment across our group, ensuring all our equipment is kept in tip top condition allowing our teams to produce hot fresh food for our customers.

Were you the kid who took everything apart and then reassembled it just to find out how things worked? If you are, then this could be the role for you You don't need any engineering or electrical qualifications, but practical hands-on experience would be useful, a proactive interest in how things work, can work independently and takes pride in a job well done.

Full training will be given.

Our equipment is vital to our business and needs a lot of care.

While this role doesn't require you to be responsible for repairing breakdowns to our equipment, it will be your role to follow our Planned Preventative Maintenance programme to ensure all the equipment is checked over and deep cleaned every week/month.

This will ensure any problems are kept to a minimum reducing the need for expensive repairs from our external catering company.

You will need to be able to drive and have your own transport as the role requires you to work in five different restaurants across our group between Mansfield, Sutton in Ashfield and the Alfreton Area.

The position will be on guaranteed hours contract. Five days a week. You will ideally be working in a different restaurant each day of the week.
