Following the purchase of Equiniti plc by Siris, the Credit Services, Risk Factor and KYC businesses have been spun out to create a separate entity, currently known as CFA (Credit and Fraud Analytics), though in time will have a new brand identity created.
The combined businesses service a range of clients in the UK, Europe and the United States providing lending platforms and analytics capabilities to both commercial and consumer focused businesses across a range of asset classes including invoice discounting, retail finance, unsecured lending, SME funding and mortgages.

CFA Service Proposition
Equiniti Credit Services provides loan origination and management software and outsource services to predominately consumer lenders in the UK covering unsecured loan, mortgages, retail & motor finance, though has a small footprint in SME lending.
Equiniti Riskfactor is a leading global provider of analytical software to the commercial finance industry, providing quality software and services to a high-profile international client base, including 85% of the UK commercial finance industry, and numerous other clients around the world.
Equiniti KYC Solutions is an experienced Know-Your-Customer (KYC) technology and services provider and is a trusted partner to leading financial institutions and banks.
We help our clients master their client lifecycle management processes including regulatory due diligence on boarding, periodic and event-driven review, remediation and off boarding.
In addition to the core products outlined above, the CFA business also manages the delivery of the Checksafe employee vetting and Cognition data service propositions.
A fundamental component of the CFA strategy is to create consolidated go-to-market strategy demonstrating our ability to provide a consistent product and service proposing to our chosen market.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own and drive sourcing, finding innovative ways to locate and engage talents.
You will identify the best talent, put them through the recruitment process and make successful hires. You will be working on various highly technical roles including Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, QA Analyst etc.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop an indepth understanding of the searched profiles and create the most effective sourcing strategy for each role
- High volume recruitment (Contact Centre)
- Recruitment for specialist IT roles
- Undertake market mapping projects
- Contributing to employer branding activities
- Experience in the IT recruitment area
- Experience of volume recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Independence, organization, and creativity
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
