  • To support / coach / manage across all operational departments across site where required
  • To identify and lead on projects to support the weekend plan
  • To drive SQDCP and facilitate the process of problemsolving to get to the root cause of issues as they occur
  • To drive and facilitate interactions and relationships between the Ops and Flow room
  • To engage with people, team members and others to assure get the best out of our teams across the weekend
  • To drive the flow room agenda and ensure it embeds across all depts
  • To support and drive change across the weekend including tasks and agendas that require cadence across the full 7day week
  • To be visible on the floor executing the weekend plans by shift across various departments
  • To drive and ensure standardisation across all departments and ensure good quality handovers
  • Support both core and Lux operations working on projects and supporting when cover or section support is required (Monday and Fridays)

Qualifications

  • Previous leadership position in Operations & Warehouse Section Manager Level
  • Proven history of effective leadership skills
  • Exposure to warehouse physical storage operations
  • Previous experience in stock taking
  • Analytical, able to interpret data, utilise KPIs to drive team performance with good root cause problem solving skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office package
  • Working knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Can demonstrate sound judgment in decision making
  • Ability to multitask
  • High attention to detail
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Participate in cross training and continuous improvement skill development
