Key Role Responsibilities:


  • Raising all central operational Purchase Orders using Yardi, in line with contracted amounts and preagreed rates.
  • Creating recharge sheets where required, to ensure any relevant costs are recharged back to site budgets in the correct way.
  • Receipting POs when works are completed & reconciling invoices against POs accurately, including liaising with Finance to ensure that all invoices have an associated PO and costs are being reported correctly.
  • Supporting on the annual operational campaigns including sourcing and booking of venues.
  • Placing centralised orders for iQ Standards items or other centrallydriven operational campaign items.
  • Assisting with the production and distribution of Central Operations reports.
  • Providing administrative support to the Credit Control team when needed to assist with submission of third party referrals etc

Skills and Experience:


  • Highly organised
  • Confidence in using a PO system (yardi experience would be a benefit)
  • A selfstarter, able to work on own initiative
  • Comfortable working with data
**We work a hybrid working model with 3 days per week based at our London office.
