About the role:
Working on an Inbound Line, you will be taking calls from our existing customers to assist with their technical enquiries.
You will provide First Class Customer Service, ensuring that the customer gets the an excellent journey, resolving their queries first time.

You will work approx.
1 in 3 weekends and get an additional payment of:
Saturday = £75
Sunday = £45
Requirements for our Technical Customer Success Advisor
- 1+ year consistent Customer Service
- Experience in working to targets and upselling of products
- Ability to build instant customer rapport, problem solve and resolve issues.
Responsibilities of our Technical Call Centre Agent
- Deliver a fantastic customer experience
- Part of the role is to diagnose what the terminal issue is through open questions
- Once issues have been diagnosed aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and on the first time
- Work with colleagues closely to resolve problems, deliver effective customer handovers and share best practise
