The purpose of the operational change lead role is to support the business through effective, and safe delivery of change.

To encourage and coach a change culture in the business.

This is predominantly an office-based role.

About the role

We have a newly created role due to the success and growth of the Mazars Private Client team
Stakeholder Management of project teams/senior leadership team
Manage projects through the change governance framework and prepare relevant reporting
Raise and actively manage risks and issues
Support the evolution of the change delivery and governance approach, including collaboration with the wider firm
Create project documentation such as scope / definition / initiation / Go Live / Closure requests

What are we looking for?

Experience of delivering change in Financial Services environment
Passion for delivering successful change in an organisation
The ability to build strong relationships stakeholders and influencing skills
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills to find innovative solutions
