In this Client Relations Executive role, you will be joining an award-winning internal communications specialist.

They work to shape strategies across a range of different channels, helping organisations to grow and become places where people want to work A team of experts in their respective fields, they have worked with a number of global clients across many different industries - including Virgin, Heineken, Natwest, BUPA, and GSK to name just a few.

They're now looking for a Project Manager to join their London team


Job description - Client Relations Executive

Key responsibilities - Client Relations Executive

  • Work in partnership with clients on briefing and scoping projects, critical path creation, task management, agree objectives and measurable outcomes
  • Daytoday management of client projects and deliverables to time and budget, working with the wider team
  • Effective resource planning of development team for your projects everyone to know what they are working on and by when
  • To follow and support the efficiency and quality of internal process and output
  • Be the client team's main point of contact, building an ongoing partnership and relationship, responsible for timely, proactive communication between all stakeholders

Job requirements - Client Relations Executive

  • 1 year of project management experience ideally in an agency
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • An exceptional eye for detail
  • Love of content, creative and digital
  • Bright, ambitious, and looking to develop your career in a fastpaced work environment
  • An enthusiastic team player who can develop good working relationships with colleagues across the business
