Description

Bearehill Care Home are looking to recruit a Senior Care Assistants, for dayshift./nightshfift to fit around family life. Part time, Full time, Bank and permanent positions available.

Our care home offers Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for 49 residents in a stunning, Georgian mansion house in Brechin.

We provide the very highest standards of care, which we believe starts with having the right people on board to share our passion in caring for others.

As Senior Care Assistant, you will take charge of the shift and guide staff to deliver excellent personal care to the residents' daily needs.

The successful applicant will also be expected to develop person-centred care plans, complete and update assessments, review the care plans monthly and organise and hold reviews with the residents or family members.

- £12.00per hour

Typically, a Senior Care Assistant is expected to have an SVQ Level 3, but we would seriously consider an experienced Care Assistant, who has an SVQ Level 2 and aspires to pass their SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
