Education mental health practitioners (EMHPs) work across education and healthcare to provide mental health support for children and young people in schools and colleges.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 5 Qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) within the new Mental Health Support Teams in schools service across Halton, Knowsley, St Helens and Warrington.

In line with the government's priority to increase access and availability of mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people, the EMHP role is an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people, working across both educational settings and healthcare sectors.
