A new vacancy has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join an established, professional, and extremely friendly company They would love to welcome a new recruit who prefers working within smaller teams.

This full time, permanent position (Monday -Friday pm) offers an annual salary of £23,000 per year, plus excellent benefits. These include private medical insurance, annual team bonus, generous pension scheme and on-site free parking.


This is an office based role, located on the outskirts of Fair Oak, close to Eastleigh ,and own transport is essential.


Our ideal Customer Service Administrator will have excellent organisational skills, thrive on working as part of a collaborative team and preferably have some previous office administration experience.

As Customer Service Administrator, you will be supporting the customer services team with admin responsibilities


These Include:

  • Assisting with quotation administration
  • Preparation of orders and invoices
  • Setting up new customer accounts onto the inhouse database
  • Daily communication with other teams within the business
  • Meeting and greeting visitors/Answering the phone/reception duties
Essential requirements.

  • IT skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Great communicator
  • Proactive and involved team player
  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Full driving licence
