Description

Protocol are working closely with a Further Education college in Birmingham in their search for experienced _
Learning Support staff_ to provide individualised student support in the college.


The role:


This role is offering hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays pm with 1 hour unpaid as breaks and will run on a temporary on-going basis likely until the end of the academic year.

You will be working 1-1 supporting learners aged years in the college.

Providing general learning support, educating and inspiring the students to progress and gain as much as possible during their time in education.


The person;

We are therefore looking for passionate individuals that have experience working 1-1 with learners or providing support within an educational capacity.

This person will be upbeat, motivational and inspiring in order to ensure learners are progressing on their courses of study whilst also enjoying the learning environment.


Have you got what it takes?

  • Experience working as a Learning support assistant
  • Experience providing 11 support to learners
  • GCSE Level 2 Maths and English qualifications
  • An upbeat and inspiring personality
