Reports to: Technical Manager and Operations Director

Strategic role within motor team

Work with Legal Ops Manager as well as Technical Manager to ensure team is fully optimised;
Lead and motivate RTA fee earners;

- report on team performance;
- provide feedback and identify and areas for improvement;
- promote a positive culture of high-performance where everyone is encouraged to succeed

Be involved in all areas of team's development

One of the key attractions of this role is the ability to be involved in everything from recruitment and talent retention to driving culture and strategy.

As such, this role is excellent for anyone looking for a step up from fee earning.

You will still have a small RTA caseload, but the main function of the position is to have an overarching appreciation of the team both in terms of its performance and its needs including identifying training requirements and ways to improve performance.
