This Finance Business Partner will provide day to day support to the UK Finance Director for FP&A activities as well as on specific local projects to support delivery of the UK growth targets and strategic goals.

A bit about the role...

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the commercial and marketing teams to deliver profitable business growth.

Ownership of the Budgeting and Forecasting processes
Stay abreast of commercial strategies and trading initiatives to ensure that weekly trading reports are providing the insight required & build own understanding of commercial performance
Deliver accurate, timely and focused insight on marketing performance communicating current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Develop a strong understanding of the business environment and key performance drivers
Creation of highquality reports, analysis, and commentary on performance to assist decision making
Provide financial analysis to support business' performance, driving profitability.
Challenge assumptions and decisionmaking as appropriate, and provide timely, reliable, and relevant financial information, analysis, and guidance to support decisions and help develop appropriate action plan
Working closely with operational teams to develop reporting and forecasting tools to monitor productivity and efficiency
