HR & Recruitment Coordinator
My client is based in spacious offices set in a beautiful country setting just outside of Broxbourne.

They are looking to recruit an HR and Recruitment Coordinator to drive and support their growing departments with their training and recruitment needs.

You will have at least CIPD level 3 and be working towards or have CIPD level 5.


My client offers comprehensive and bespoke support packages for children and young people in the care of the local authority.

They have a passion for helping children and young people and pride themselves on their caring and nurturing approach. Due to thenature of the work you will need a DBS check.

This is an exciting standalone role reporting to the CEO/Founder and the Head of Legal. This is a good opportunity to shine and make the role your own.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Supporting on the full recruitment lifecycle from an administrative perspective Human Resources background in safer recruitment.
  • Responsibility will involve updating staff profiles and managing the training matrix.
  • Screening CVs effectively and reference checking to ensure criteria are met.
  • Attending industry meet ups, university talks, career events and running graduate assessment days.
  • Staff inductions for new recruit's following the induction process for each department.
  • Work with senior management to continually improve processes.
  • Organising staff training and managing the training matrix.
  • Ability to adapt and manage heavy workload in a busy environment.
  • Must have strong admin and software skills.
  • Must have experience and knowledge of safer recruitment.
