This is a unique opportunity to join one of London's nicest boutique Real Estate Companies working in Central London, as their Lettings Administrator.

They are looking for an outstanding, experienced Lettings Administrator to hit the ground running in a busy office.

Our client is a leading boutique Estate Agency in a beautiful part of Central London. Their core services include property Sales, Lettings and Management, with a real focus on customer service.

They pride themselves of offering a refreshing and unique approach to traditional agency, and offer a vibrant and bespoke style of business.

They are looking for an experienced administrator, ideally within the property industry, who exhibits a positive and upbeat nature, is able to remain calm under pressure and with great attention to detail and exemplary customer service.

The role involves the following tasks;
Drawing up tenancy agreements, contracts and relevant Lettings Administration
Maintaining the property database
Greeting clients and customers, assisting with high levels of customer service
Raise and dispute invoices
Providing administrative support to managers and team
Booking photos, EPC's, EICR's, check-in inventories, gas safety's and cleans
Supporting with adhoc tasks with Marketing and the Sales team when required


Package for the Lettings Administrator
Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:45 pm
Up to £32,000 plus benefits
20 days holiday + Bank holidays and closed over Christmas.
