What you will be doing

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
  • Vetting potential tenants and arranging viewings
  • Negotiating lets
  • Assist advertising properties and proactively sourcing tenants

What you will have

  • Previous lettings experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A passion to succeed
  • The ability to deliver great customer service
  • Proactive mindset
  • Able to work against deadlines
  • Superb organisation and communication skills
