ASD Resource Base Teacher - Stechford
Are you a fully qualified teacher looking for a new opportunity to start in January?

I am currently recruiting for a school in Stechford that are looking for a Fully Qualified Teacher to work 5 days a week in their ASD resource base.

This base has 8 children who have different levels of ASD who range from reception to year 5. The role is tostart from 3rd January 2023 to 25th July 2023.
For this role you will spend 1 day planning and 4 days teaching. You will be directing a team of TA's, so management skills are important. You will help to ensure the children's individual needs are met.

You will be required to follow the schools' policiesand procedures as well as implementing your own strategies to create an enabling environment for all pupils.

The successful teacher will be nurturing, patient and will genuinely want to make a difference.

You will be part of the school's success and it is important you are able to maintain the quality throughout your time there and reflect the school well just likeevery other member of staff.

Steph has been building relationships with the schools in Birmingham for a long time and feedback is always taken on board.
