Pertemps are excited to announce that our Smethwick based client is looking an HR Administrator. It's a part-time permanent role.
Reporting into the Accounts Manager and working as part of a friendly finance team, you will be responsible for the inductions,liaising with the finance team and doing monthly Payrolls.
HR Administrator Responsibilities:
- Monthly Payroll SAGE 50
- Preparation of contracts and amending contracts
- Regular communication with the IT team for new starters
- Exit Interview
- Ad hoc task
- Helping with ISO
- Induction
HR Administrator Skillset:
- Experience in HR at least 1 year
- Experienced with MS Office, Sage
- Attentive to details
- A strong desire to develop within the company
