Join us as a Credit Fulfilment Assistant

What you'll do:

Joining us in Credit Fulfilment, you'll be assisting our private bankers regarding credit stewardship.

You'll be their point of contact for general credit portfolio matters and supporting them to deliver a seamless service to their clients.


You'll also be:

  • Making sure that all risks have been identified and effective controls are in place to monitor, manage and mitigate these risks
  • Providing research, data analysis, solutions and reports in relation to credit situations
  • Maintaining contact with clients to manage your credit workflow
  • Maintaining green dashboards across Credit Fulfilment

The skills you'll need:


We want you to succeed in this role, so you'll need a track record of meeting quality assurance, service and risk targets in a regulated environment.

You'll be able to work with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail and you'll have good communication skills.


As well as this, you'll bring:

  • An understanding of Avaloq
  • Strong knowledge of credit stewardship policies and dashboards
  • The ability to collaborate at all levels across an organisation and influence senior or executive management
  • Broad knowledge of general banking, credit, and associated operational risks
