THE ROLE
As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting positive learning experiences and supporting students' overall well-being

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Providing oneonone support to students who require additional help.
Monitoring and encouraging student progress, ensuring their emotional and academic needs are met.
Collaborating with teachers and other teaching assistants to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Offering guidance and mentoring to students facing challenges.

REQUIREMENTS
To excel in this TA role, we seek an experienced Teaching Assistant and/or graduate with the following qualifications:

A bachelor's or master's, over 2 years experience working within the childcare sector or a TA qualification.
Knowledge of educational psychology and child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and the ability to understand and respond to students' diverse needs.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
A teamoriented mindset, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
Relevant experience in a similar role or working with children is advantageous.
