THE ROLE
As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting positive learning experiences and supporting students' overall well-being
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Providing oneonone support to students who require additional help.
- Monitoring and encouraging student progress, ensuring their emotional and academic needs are met.
- Collaborating with teachers and other teaching assistants to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Offering guidance and mentoring to students facing challenges.
REQUIREMENTS
To excel in this TA role, we seek an experienced Teaching Assistant and/or graduate with the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's or master's, over 2 years experience working within the childcare sector or a TA qualification.
- Knowledge of educational psychology and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and the ability to understand and respond to students' diverse needs.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A teamoriented mindset, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
- Relevant experience in a similar role or working with children is advantageous.
