THE ROLE
As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting positive learning experiences and supporting students' overall well-being


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Providing oneonone support to students who require additional help.
  • Monitoring and encouraging student progress, ensuring their emotional and academic needs are met.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other teaching assistants to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Offering guidance and mentoring to students facing challenges.

REQUIREMENTS
To excel in this TA role, we seek an experienced Teaching Assistant and/or graduate with the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's, over 2 years experience working within the childcare sector or a TA qualification.
  • Knowledge of educational psychology and child development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and the ability to understand and respond to students' diverse needs.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A teamoriented mindset, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role or working with children is advantageous.

£80.00-£105.00 per day
