Senior Big Data Java Developer - Cloud-First Global FinTech

Salary - Up to £130k + bonus + benefits

Location - hybrid policy with 2 days in modern central London office


This is a brilliant opportunity for all you Java Developers who have also dipped your toes in the world of Big Data The leading provider of electronic message archiving and eDiscovery solutions who provide services to nearly 25,000 customers all aroundthe world, including 22 of the top 25 global banks, are looking to grow their already well-established team of nearly 1,000 employers with Senior Big Data Java Developers.

You will be a brilliant fit for this role as a Senior Big Data Java Developer if you:

  • Have over 6 years commercial experience using
    Java, including
    Core Java with multithreading
  • Have also worked with
    Big Data like
    Hadoop or
    Kafka:
  • Can write and understand
    SQL:
  • Have worked in an environment with a
    Data Lake:
  • Understand
    ETL/ELT pipelines and data optimisation techniques


As a Senior Big Data Java Developer, you will be building a big data lake which will be a central repository for their analytics and reporting platform.

This will also connect to their backend
Java teams so you will also be experienced in
Spring and
Microservices.
