Public Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a Business Services/ Accounts Senior opportunity with a progressive firm of Chartered Accountants in Walsall.
This exciting opportunity would suit a recently ACCA/ ACA qualified (Part Qualified or AAT Qualified also considered) professional from an experienced practice background who is looking for continued career progression, plenty of flexibility and a good work/ life balance.
The role can be seen in more detail below:
Responsibilities:
Preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, limited companies and partnerships
Corporate tax computations
Management accounts preparation
Review of VAT Returns & bookkeeping
Training clients on accountancy software
Mentoring junior staff
Liaising with HMRC
Dealing with client queries
Requirements:
ACA / ACCA Qualified (ideally)
Part Qualified/ AAT Qualified/ QBE also considered
Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102 standards (ideally)
Previous experience of working in practice is essential
Knowledge of accountancy software such as Xero & Quickbooks is beneficial
