The Role Due to continuous success here at Fortem, we are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking a Ground Worker to join our Fortem team at our Longhurst Contract. You will operate in and around the Lincolnshire area. This isa great opportunity to join a highly successful and expanding business.

The Project The role involves carrying out all aspects of general Ground Work which includes fencing, slabbing and basic carpentry. Ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision, you will take ownershipof work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters. You will also operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas.
