Customer Service Sales Assistant:

TeamSport Indoor Karting creates a safe, unique, and exciting experience for everyone We are now recruiting for Customer Service Operatives to work on and off the track, face to face with our customers.

About the Opportunity
We are recruiting for a customer-facing role which involves serving customers both at reception and on the Fuel Bar.

The role is critical to us as you're the friendly face of our brand, ensuring guests are greeted and looked after during their experience

You will be responsible for
- welcoming our customers
- initial registration
- handling payments
- up selling offers/ events/ merchandise to customers
- meeting sales targets
- keeping the front of house area clean
- helping in the Fuel Bar, including serving customers and preparing hot and cold drinks and taking payments

Shifts are available from Monday to Sunday including weekends and flexibility is vital for this role.
