Description

At GCHQ, we unlock the complex world of data and communications to keep the UK and its citizens safe, both in the real world and online.

Working closely with our British Intelligence partners in MI5 and MI6, we protect the UK from threats including serious organised crime, terrorism, and cyber-attacks.

A role in GCHQ means you'll have varied and fascinating work in a supportive and encouraging environment that puts the emphasis on teamwork.

The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), part of GCHQ, is the UK Government's lead authority on cyber security.

The organisation is at the heart of the Government's cyber security strategy and has the aim of making the UK the safest place to live and work online.

Nova South, in Victoria, London, is home to the NCSC's headquarters and it's from here where much of our customer engagement is delivered with many visitors and events held at our conference facilities.

The NCSC Nova South Business Operations Team delivers critical services to support the effective running of Nova South, meeting the requirements of all stakeholders, including the Nova-based workforce and visitors.

The remit of the Nova South Business Operations team is a broad and varied one and no two days are the same.

You will get an excellent insight into the workings of the NCSC, operate in an enthusiastic and supportive team and work closely with colleagues from other organisations in London and across the wider business.

  • Oversee the daytoday delivery of a range of customer service functions including visitors to site, events and essential security and administration processes which support the effective running of the site.

  • Maintain our communication platforms ensuring that information is accurate, uptodate and meets the needs of our customers.
