Our Postmaster Onboarding team play a vital role in ensuring our new Postmasters are given the best introduction to life at the Post Office during the Onboarding process.

What you'll need to succeed:


  • Someone with a passion for Customer Service and building relationships
  • IT literacy ideally with Microsoft packages
  • Experience working within an Administration role
  • Ideally you will have experience working to set deadlines
