Credit Controller - 12 Month FTC

£ 25,000 - £30,000 | Bristol City Centre | 12 months

Element Recruitment is working with a vibrant and forward-thinking business based in central Bristol who are looking to appoint an accomplished and enthusiastic Credit Controller to join their team on a fixed term contract.

Reporting into the Credit Manager, the successful Credit Controller will assume the following responsibilities:

  • Manage your own ledger with a monthly target of aged debt in mind
  • Allocate incoming payments
  • Reconcile customer accounts
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external peoples
  • Query resolution via telephone

Skills:


  • Previous experience in Credit Control or customer service background
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • MS Excel skills (VLookups / Pivot Tables)
  • The ability to work as part of a team and a friendly attitude
  • Enthusiastic to progress your finance career over time
