Hazelwood House is a 14 bedded low secure unit for adults with mental health & learning difficulties.

We have a strong focus on recovery and enabling patients to live fulfilled lives.

Hazelwood House is a low secure unit for adult males with learning difficulties and mental health needs based near Chesterfield and we were recently rated as outstanding by the CQC.

We are looking for a person who is patient focused.

We would prefer experience in working with learning disability in a forensic setting but will consider applicants with the right aptitude and willingness to learn.
