Description

We are looking to hire a caring individual to join our team in providing good quality care up to 37 service users.

We are a newly devised diverse team seeking another person to join us in caring for our residents.

You must be caring and you must see our team as equal people as well the people we support. You do not need necessarily need experience as we train our staff in 15 courses part of induction.

Experience if any needs to be fully referenced and full employment history given and reasons for leaving, we must receive two references.

Your customer service skills must be good to communicate to the people we support and their families.

We offer NVQ level 2 and 3 to all our staff who wish to develop their skills and we promote our staff to complete the care certificate.

We promote staff to develop and are passionate about this.

The shift pattern is 8pm till 8am - 2 shifts per week 24 hours, alternate weekends and paid breaks. There are always extra shifts to pick up to cover annual leave of other staff and sickness.
