My client, a leading further Education provider based in St Albans are currently recruiting for a CRM and Communications Coordinator to assist the Marketing department in building engagement with potential students, applicants and staff through creationand delivery of high quality communications through the effective use of CRM systems.


  • Produce engaging campaign content and build templates in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Manage campaign plans and activity to support the promotion of the Graduate Outcomes survey.
  • Build target segments within the appropriate CRM systems as required.
  • Review accuracy and consistency of campaign data and make appropriate decisions of the handling and updating of relevant data.
  • Produce reports and segments as required stakeholder KPIs, campaigns and analytics.
  • Prepare training sessions and supporting documentation for CRM system users.
  • Assist in documenting business requirements for CRM and testing of new functionality and workflows within the systems.
  • Report on campaign engagement, observe trends and make recommendations for future improvements in communications and campaign content.
