What does the role involve?


Reporting into the Purchasing Team Leader, you'll be part of a small team who process all vehicle orders within our system and co-ordinate the delivery of new cars and vans between our customers and suppliers.

You'll also arrange for invoices to be paid for our dealers via the Purchase Ledger Team.


Once you have completed your initial training onsite, you'll have the option to work from our Trowbridge office a minimum of 2 days a week.

The typical working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.


Some of your key duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with all suppliers
  • Managing the team inbox's to ensure things are dealt with quickly and accurately
  • Communicating with the internal customer service team to relay messages and information regarding the customers order
  • Taking responsibility for processing all vehicle orders within the system and coordinating deliveries between our customers and suppliers

You love building relationships with people, inside and outside the team, and find real satisfaction in delivering excellent service. Your knack for paying close attention to details is something you take great pride in.

Also, we're looking for the following:

  • Ability to work and collaborate with colleagues
  • IT literate comfortable using Microsoft packages and the confidence to learn new systems
  • Great attention to detail, working quickly and accurately
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
