What you'll do:


As a Technology Project Apprentice, you'll work closely with experienced Technology Project Managers to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of project management.

This role is designed to provide you with valuable insights and practical skills, setting you on a path towards a dynamic career in the technology field.

In this role, you'll play a key part in strengthening the delivery and oversight of large projects and programs. Your success will depend on your ability to manage stakeholders, plan effectively, handle finances, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

You'll be involved in managing moderately complex projects that impact different technical systems and domains. These projects will involve various resources and often significant changes to the business. Learning to work with senior business stakeholders will be a crucial aspect of this role.

Throughout this role, you'll learn to collaborate with stakeholders, build relationships, and understand their business goals. You'll identify all involved parties, create lasting connections, and drive improvements throughout the technology delivery process. Your proactive contributions will help shape a technology delivery team known for its positive and collaborative culture.

Monitoring project progress and deliverables will be a part of your responsibilities. Your focus will be on delivering innovative business and technical changes that align with Vodafone's transformation goals. You'll actively seek ways to improve processes and contribute to the development of best practices in technology delivery.

Being comfortable in uncertain situations and adaptable to changing priorities is essential. Your flexibility and proactive mindset will be valuable assets as you navigate through challenges.

Effective communication will be key to your success. Your ability to convey information clearly will ensure smooth communication and efficient decision-making.
