I.T / EPOS Installation Engineer

Berkshire / Hampshire - £29,000

We are seeking a Field Engineer who is able to manage new customer sites, in addition to servicing a range of digital solutions on break/fix jobs.

Responsible for installations at client drive-thru sites and in-store self-service kiosks. Working initiallyas the 2nd man on two-man jobs, you will progress to be the lead once training is completed. Homebased, you will primarily cover Berkshire / Hampshire and surrounding areas. Flexibility required to meet clients needs.

Full training will be given on our bespoke technical products and whilst part of this role will involve hardware swaps and repairs, sorting out connectivity issues and triggering software rebuilds etc, the main focus will be on the ability to manage newstore installations from beginning to end, overcoming whatever technical obstacles may develop.

Experience completing I.T / Digital signage Installations in Hospitality and Retail environments
Experience completing Breakfix and Service calls
Good understanding of site Health and Safety requirements (Ideally CSCS Card holder)
Excellent time and people management skills

Any experience of EPOS / Self Service Kiosks or Digital solutions is desirable.

Starting salary £26,000 increasing to £29,000 after probation period. Van, fuel card, tools, laptop and phone are provided.

This is a Monday to Friday role. 35hrs pw.
