Catch 22 are working with a high-end residential property management company looking for a
Concierge (Part time afternoons) to join their team at a new exclusive and up-market residential complex in London Stratford - E15


Hours:
working on a rota based on a 4 on 4 off 1pm to 7pm


Key responsibilities of the Concierge (P/T):
You will be responsible for the front of house customer services routines within the development.

Front of House

  • Interact in an enthused and empathetic manner to all people on site.
  • Answer the phones
  • Be empathetic in relation to customers requests, queries or concerns
  • Asset Management to support the ongoing asset management routines of the development. Liaising with key stakeholders.
  • Risk Management liasing with the client relationship/support team, contractors and customers to facilitate risk assessments and routine risk management tasks. Maintaining a detailed audit trial of all actions.

Salary for the Concierge (P/T)
Offering a salary of £14,500 + benefits per annum.
