Description
We are looking for an individual to join our highly rated and busy business development and marketing team.

In this role you will not only be working independently but you will be working as part of a team.


The main duties of the role include:
Preparation of internal and external communications

Bid preparation assistance

Events administration

Digital marketing administration and analysis including updating website content, social media channels and issuing e-shots

Image library management

Press cuttings library management

Monitoring the shared marketing inbox

Setting up surveys and basic evaluation

Working on client newsletters

Competitor analysis/general market research

General marketing administrative duties

Graduate not essential although graduates are welcome to apply.

Excellent verbal/written skills in particular the ability to produce copy quickly and accurately

A creative thinker

Able to work confidently with people at all levels in addition to dealing with third parties such as photographers and design agencies

Excellent attention to detail, in particular proof reading, grammar and spelling

A team player but also not afraid to challenge how we do things/willing to pitch new ideas

Good general IT skills

An understanding of social media trends. E xperience of planning social media content preferred but not essential

A fast learner who is able to use initiative, work under pressure and prioritise workload
