Description
Our client is one of the UK's leading master mortgage brokers who offer finance solutions including commercial mortgages, specialist buy-to-let, bridging (short term) finance, development funding, and first and second charge mortgages.
The role:
Examples of what you will be doing:
- Trouble shooting cases and working issues through
- Quality checking documentation prior to submission to lenders
- Work as a team player to ensure targets and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Prioritising and organising your workload to ensure the best outcome is achieved
- Liaising with intermediaries, brokers and customers
Required Experience:
- Highly motivated and organised
- Ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional customer services skills being able to work with customers and build long term relationships with them
- Outgoing and confident being able to fit within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and "can do" attitude

- Salary £24,000 £26,000 per annum
