Description

Our client is one of the UK's leading master mortgage brokers who offer finance solutions including commercial mortgages, specialist buy-to-let, bridging (short term) finance, development funding, and first and second charge mortgages.


The role:

Examples of what you will be doing:

  • Trouble shooting cases and working issues through
  • Quality checking documentation prior to submission to lenders
  • Work as a team player to ensure targets and customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Prioritising and organising your workload to ensure the best outcome is achieved
  • Liaising with intermediaries, brokers and customers

Required Experience:

  • Highly motivated and organised
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Exceptional customer services skills being able to work with customers and build long term relationships with them
  • Outgoing and confident being able to fit within a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and "can do" attitude
