Description

Central Recruitment are working with a well-known manufacturing company in Burnley, recruiting for experienced Production Operatives on the night shift.

Duties include:

Load and unloading of moulding robots
Ability to measure liquid viscosity and weights
Using standard operating procedures to repair components
Complete quality documentation
Inspection of components
Working in a hot metal environment

Skills/ Experience / Knowledge:

Previous experience of working in a foundry
Good time management skills
Good verbal and listening skills
Knowledge of foundry processes, casting, shelling process, and robotic shell manufacture
Operating air hand grinding tools
Shell and moulding dewaxing and preparation

Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 9 pm - 7 am

Shift allowance paid for nights

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm

Salary:
£10.42 per hour
